No provisions of law prohibiting, restricting or limiting the assignment of or order for wages or salary shall be deemed in any way to prohibit, restrict or limit the powers enumerated in NRS 287.010, 287.015, 287.020 or 287.025, nor the right and power of officers or employees to authorize and approve payment of premiums or contributions by wage and salary deductions.
