The insurers and any state agency or division having functions dealing with chapter 512, 616A, 616B, 616C, 616D, 617 or 618 of NRS shall cooperate with the Administrator in the performance of the Administrator’s duties and shall provide the Administrator with any information, statistics or data in their records as the Administrator requires.
