The Director of the Office of Finance is responsible for the administration, through the divisions of the Office, of the provisions of NRS 235.005 to 235.016, inclusive, 353.150 to 353.246, inclusive, and 353A.031 to 353A.100, inclusive, and all other provisions of law relating to the functions of the divisions of the Office.
