NRS 159.075 - Letters of guardianship.

When a guardian has taken the official oath and filed a bond as provided in this chapter, the court shall order letters of guardianship to issue to the guardian. Letters of guardianship may be in the following form:

(name of guardian) ...........................(guardian of the person or estate or person and estate or special guardian) for ........................ (name of protected person), an adult, that the named guardian has qualified and has the authority and shall perform the duties of .............................................................................. (guardian of the person or estate or person and estate or special guardian) for the named protected person as provided by law.
