87-1-613. Agreements for use of fund -- department as trustee. (1) The department may enter into agreements with persons or entities committing money to the fish and wildlife mitigation trust fund concerning the purpose and manner of use of the money from the fish and wildlife mitigation trust fund.
(2) The department is the trustee of the fish and wildlife mitigation trust fund and is responsible for its administration and use.
