85-3-203. Licenses -- qualifications of licensees. The license to engage in activities for weather modification and control must be issued, in accordance with procedures and subject to conditions the department may by rule establish to effectuate the provisions of this chapter, to applicants who demonstrate competence in the field of meteorology to the satisfaction of the department. If the applicant is an organization, these requirements must be met by the individual who will be in charge of the operation for the applicant.
