39-11-304. (Temporary) Strategic industry partnerships. (1) The members of a strategic industry partnership must include representatives of:
(a) a local government;
(b) a high school district as defined in 20-6-101, a community college, or a unit of the Montana university system; and
(c) one or more target industries.
(2) The strategic industry partnership may include more participants as necessary.
(3) The strategic industry partnership shall identify in grant applications made under 39-11-305 any direct financial or in-kind contributions of members of the strategic industry partnership that may be used for matching funds for grants made through the Montana EARN program.
