15-31-553. Fees to reimburse department for costs -- deposit in general fund. All money collected under 15-31-551 and 15-31-552 must be used to reimburse the department of revenue and the commissioner of insurance for costs involved in the preparation of the copies and certificates. All money collected must go into the general fund.
