375.920. Policy form approval, disapproval — procedure. — No insurer shall deliver any policy of private passenger automobile insurance, homeowner's insurance, dwelling-owner's insurance, residential fire insurance, or tenant's or renter's insurance written upon property within this state until such policy form shall have been approved as provided for in sections 375.920 to 375.923. Upon submission of any form to the director of the department of commerce and insurance, such form shall be deemed approved.
