362.660. Verified copies of agreement and proceedings shall be submitted to finance director. — A copy of the agreement so executed and the certified and verified copies of the proceedings of the respective boards of directors shall be submitted to the finance director for his approval, and he shall have full power and authority to approve or disapprove the same; provided, that in case the director shall disapprove the agreements so submitted, the banks and trust companies which are parties thereto may submit another plan for a merger or a consolidation under the provisions of this chapter.
