(1960) Evidence as to alleged island in Mississippi reviewed and held to establish that the land involved was an accretion and that it did not form out of the bed of the Mississippi River on property which was owned by the state. Low watermark of river held to be the boundary of the riparian owner's property and since river never separated the so-called island from bank of the river at the low watermark, there was no island.
