Carter. — Beginning at the southeast corner of section thirteen, township twenty-five, range three, west; thence east on section lines to southeast corner of section eighteen, township twenty-five, range four, east; thence north on section lines to the northeast corner of section thirty, township twenty-six, range four, east; thence west to northwest corner of said section; thence north to the Wayne County line; thence with the Wayne County line to the southeast corner of section thirty-three, township twenty-eight, range three, east; thence west on township line to southeast corner of section thirty-two, township twenty-eight, range one, east; thence north on section lines to northeast corner of section twenty, township twenty-eight, range one, east; thence west on section lines to range line between ranges two and three, west; thence south on said range line to the place of beginning.
