No information need be disclosed on the registration statement filed pursuant to Section 83-6-5 if such information is not material for the purposes of Sections 83-6-3 through 83-6-19. Unless the commissioner by rule, regulation or order provides otherwise, sales, purchases, exchanges, loans or extensions of credit or investments involving one-half of one percent (½ of 1%) or less of an insurer’s admitted assets as of the thirty-first day of December next preceding are not to be deemed material for purposes of Sections 83-6-3 through 83-6-19.
