(1) Authorized representatives of the agency shall have the authority to enter upon any public or private property of permittees, registrants and licensees, including private dwellings used for business purposes, at all reasonable times for the purpose of determining compliance with the provisions of this chapter and rules, regulations and standards adopted hereunder. (2) The agency is authorized to institute training programs for its personnel to carry out the provisions of this chapter and may make personnel available for participation in any program or programs of the federal government, other states or interstate agencies in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
(3) The agency is authorized to institute educational programs for the purpose of training or educating persons who may possess, use, handle, transport or service sources of radiation.
(4) The Governor is authorized to enter into agreements with the federal government, other states or interstate agencies, whereby this state will perform, on a cooperative basis with the federal government, other states, or interstate agencies, inspections, emergency response to radiation accidents and other functions related to the control of radiation.
