Sec. 5.
(1) The department, by rule, shall prescribe the information that must be included in a land corner recordation certificate and the form in which a land corner recordation certificate must be presented and filed.
(2) The department shall promulgate rules pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, to implement this act.
