Sec. 4.
The property, real and personal, of said great camp of Michigan Maccabees, and any incorporation formed under this act, shall be held, disposed of, managed and controlled by such persons, and in such manner as the majority of the members shall from time to time determine in accordance with the constitution and laws of the order.
