Section 65N. No person shall sell or exchange, or offer or expose for sale or exchange, or deliver, or attempt to deliver, or have in possession with intent so to do, frozen desserts or frozen dessert mix which have been manufactured in unclean, unsanitary or unhealthful premises or in an unclean, unsanitary or unhealthful manner, nor shall any person manufacture, or sell or exchange, or offer or expose for sale or exchange, or deliver, or attempt to deliver, or have in possession with intent so to do, frozen desserts or frozen dessert mix in any unclean, unsanitary or unhealthful premises or in any unclean, unsanitary or unhealthful manner.
