§5956. State services
1. State assistance authorized. All state officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions may provide any service to the bank that is:

2. Study or review requests. All state officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions shall promptly comply with any reasonable request made by the bank under subsection 1, as to the making of any study or review as to:

C. The financial or fiscal responsibility or ability in connection with the project of any governmental unit applying to the bank for a loan and for the bank's purchase of municipal securities to be issued by the governmental unit. 3. Cost of services. At the request of the officer, department, board, agency, division or commission providing the service, the bank shall pay the cost and expense of any services requested by the bank.
