§9021. Toll-free telephone number to assist compulsive gamblers; printing on tickets; signs at retail outlets
The corporation shall require as a part of any contract for the production or printing of lottery tickets that each ticket include the toll-free telephone number made available by the office of behavioral health of the Louisiana Department of Health to provide information and referral services regarding compulsive or problem gambling. However, the requirements of this Section shall not affect any lottery tickets that are part of the inventory that has been delivered to retail licensees for sale or that have been printed but not yet delivered to retail licensees for sale prior to August 15, 1993.
