§1161.5. Public Service Commission districts
A. The state shall be divided into the following five Public Service Commission districts, and one commissioner shall be elected from each district:

B. Each commissioner in office on the effective date of this Section* shall be the commissioner for the district having the same designation as the district from which the commissioner was elected and shall complete the term for which he was elected.
