§700.6. Revocation of permit
A. The department may revoke any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Subpart at any time the holder of a permit is found to be in noncompliance with the provisions of this Subpart or the rules and regulations established by the department.
B. The department may revoke any such permit either temporarily, until there is compliance with the provisions of this Subpart and with the rules and regulations as established by the department, or permanently for the unexpired period of the permit.
