§578. No other statutes applicable
This Subpart shall be full authority for the issue and sale of the bonds authorized herein. No ordinance, resolution, or proceeding, in respect to the issuance of any bonds hereunder shall be necessary, except such as are required by this Subpart. No promulgation or publication of any resolution, ordinance, or proceeding, relating to the issuance of the bonds shall be necessary, except such as is required by this Subpart. Any publication prescribed hereby may be made in any newspaper conforming to the terms of this Subpart without regard to designation thereof as the official journal of the subdivision.
