96.534 Rate increase for municipally owned electric utilities -- Rates to be uniform. (1) The rates charged for services by municipally owned electric utilities shall not be increased except after a public hearing following reasonable notice thereof. (2) The rates charged for services and the standards of services maintained by municipally owned electric utilities shall be the same for customers inside and outside the corporate limits.
