96.188 Effective date of ordinance or resolution under KRS 96.171 to 96.188. Every ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body of the municipality or board under the provisions of KRS 96.171 to 96.188 shall become effective from and after its passage, and no such resolution or ordinance shall be subject to any referendum or election except as expressly provided in KRS 96.171 to 96.188.
