95.626 Funeral benefit. When an active or retired member of the police or fire department dies under the conditions set out in paragraph (c) of subsection (3) of KRS 95.624 the board of trustees of the pension fund may pay from the fund to the widow or family a sum of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for funeral expenses.
