76.368 Power to discontinue water service. In the event a sewer construction district elects to proceed under KRS 76.366 and 76.367 it is granted the same authority relative to the cutting off of the water supply of its delinquent users as is a sanitation district under KRS 220.510, when written request for such cutting off is made by the commission to the water supplier. In the event this power is used the plans of the sewer district shall only require prior approval by the metropolitan sewer district as already provided in KRS 76.330, and in such event the water supplier may require the sewer commission to supply an agent with full authority to receive payments or accept arrangements to pay the delinquent charges, together with interest and penalties thereon, to be present when the water is cut off and the water supplier may bill the sewer commission its actual expenses involved.
