76.350 Appeals. An order of the county judge/executive confirming, modifying or disapproving a report of commissioners of sewer construction district as to a plan of construction or as to classification of property or ratio of benefits may be appealed to the Circuit Court by the commission or any property holder. In the Circuit Court the appeal shall be docketed on the equity docket and the trial shall be de novo. Decisions of the Circuit Court may be appealed to the Court of Appeals.
