76.264 Operating and maintenance costs of subdistrict system, how paid. Sewer and drainage systems or both constructed by construction subdistricts shall be operated and maintained by the district and payment for the actual cost, including overhead and administrative costs, shall be paid by the districts from funds of the construction subdistricts. Where sewer system constructed by construction subdistricts are connected to the district facilities an equitable proportionate charge for treatment of sewage at the district sewage treatment plant or plants shall also be transferred from the accounts of the construction subdistrict to the district.
