74.077 Postponement of organization pending decision on prior action. Nothing in KRS 74.075 to 74.077 shall be construed to deny the right to the citizens of a water district to organize a fire protection district as provided under KRS Chapter 75 except that if action has already been taken under KRS 74.075 to 74.077 and remains pending, action for organization of a fire protection district shall be postponed until a final decision has been reached.
