67A.035 Classification of cities of no impact on urban-county government. Any comprehensive system of classification of cities enacted pursuant to the authority granted in Kentucky Constitution Section 156a shall not in and of itself be construed to impact the constitutional and statutory rights, powers, privileges, immunities, and responsibilities provided to urban-county governments pursuant to KRS 67A.060.
