66.510 County public improvements finance board (Counties of 300,000 imposing license fees). A county which imposes license fees for revenue for purposes other than or in addition to common schools pursuant to KRS 68.180 may, by resolution of the fiscal court, have created in the county the body corporate and politic authorized by KRS 66.510 to 66.543. That body shall be called the ".... County Public Improvements Finance Board" (hereafter called board). The board shall have the powers and duties stated in KRS 66.510 to 66.543 and all consistent powers granted by KRS 273.171 to corporations governed by KRS 273.161 to 273.390.
