62.190 Conditions of blanket bonds. The bonds provided for by section 62.170 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes shall be covenants to the Commonwealth of Kentucky that the officers, employees or holders of positions covered by the bond will faithfully account for and pay over all money and property that may come into their possession by virtue of their office, employment or position.
