6.935 Attorney General, Auditor of Public Accounts, and other officials to assist committee. (1) The Attorney General, or an assistant attorney general designated by him, the Auditor of Public Accounts, cabinet secretaries, and the heads of other state agencies shall assist the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee in whatever manner the committee deems that these officials can be helpful. (2) Staffing and support services shall be provided the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee pursuant to KRS 7.090. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Amended 1994 Ky.
