44.050 Motor vehicles, when may be purchased out of state funds. The Department of Military Affairs is hereby authorized to purchase from state funds motor trucks to be used in the carrying out of the functions of this department, and it is further provided that the Department of Military Affairs may acquire motor vehicles by gift or transfer from the federal government for use in said department.
