388.210 When appointment of guardian or conservator to be made under this chapter
Whenever, pursuant to any law of the United States or regulation of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, it is necessary, prior to payment of benefits, that a guardian or conservator be appointed for a minor or a mentally disabled beneficiary of the Veterans Affairs such appointment shall be made in the manner hereinafter provided
