365.765 Award of damages and attorney fees -- Enforcement. In any civil action for damages against a person for violation of the provisions of KRS 365.755 or 365.760, the court may award damages and reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party. The provisions of KRS 365.755 and 365.760 may be enforced by injunction or any other available equitable or legal remedy. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky.
