320.360 Agency fund for administration. All fees imposed and collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the board for the use of the board, and shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of an agency fund for the use of the board. The board may make such expenditures from the fund as may, in the opinion of the board, serve to further the purposes of this chapter, including payment for professional services.
