314A.990 Penalties. (1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both. (2) When any person other than a respiratory care practitioner holding a valid mandatory certificate has engaged in any act or practice which constitutes an offense against this chapter, the Franklin Circuit Court, on application of the board, may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining such conduct.
