309.0814 Administrative regulations regarding supervisors of record. (1) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to define the process to register with the board as a supervisor of record, including required supervisory training. (2) A registered alcohol and drug peer support specialist shall only practice as an employee of a licensed facility or under the board-approved supervision of a certified alcohol and drug counselor or licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor.
