304.35-020 Participation. Each insurer authorized to write property or casualty insurance on a direct basis in this Commonwealth shall be required to become and remain a member of the plan and the reinsurance association, and comply with the requirements thereof as a condition of its authority to transact property or casualty insurance business in Kentucky.
