304.32-159 Policy covering services performed by dentist deemed to cover such services performed by physician. Any policy, contract or plan issued in this state by a nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental and health service corporation which provides coverage for services which can be lawfully performed within the scope of the license of a duly licensed dentist, shall be deemed to provide benefits for such services whether performed by a duly licensed physician or a duly licensed dentist.
