304.24-090 Amendment of articles of incorporation -- Stock insurers. (1) A domestic stock insurer may amend its articles of incorporation for any lawful purpose through the same procedures prescribed in KRS Chapter 271B. (2) Quadruplicate originals of articles of amendment shall be delivered to the commissioner, shall be subject to examination and certification by the Attorney General, to approval by the commissioner, and to filing, all as provided for original articles of incorporation under KRS 304.24-040. Therefore, the reference in subsection (1) of this section to KRS Ch. 271A has been changed to KRS Ch. 271B.
