304.17A-720 Administrative regulations for standardized health claim attachments -- Conformity with federal standards. (1) In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the health care system through administrative simplification of billing requirements, the commissioner shall prescribe, regulations, standardized health claim attachments to be used by all insurers requiring additional medical information to process health care claims.
