299.520 Filing of copies of reinsurance contracts with the commissioner -- Inspection. (1) Complete copies of treaties and contracts for reinsurance, excluding policies for reinsurance, shall be filed with and approved by the commissioner. (2) These copies of treaties of reinsurance shall be open at all times for inspection in the Department of Insurance, on application of any citizen of this state asking the name of the reinsuring company, and the Department of Insurance on application shall furnish the name of the reinsuring company.
