286.5-601 Federal charter to be recorded -- Evidence. A certified copy of the charter or authorization issued to the successor federal association shall be recorded in the corporation records of the county in which the state association had its principal office and place of business, and may be recorded in any other county in the state, and the recorded charter, authorization or certificate, or a certified copy thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
