286.5-021 Who may incorporate -- Procedure. Any five (5) or more residents of this state (hereinafter referred to as the "incorporators") may form an association to promote thrift and home financing, subject to approval as provided in this subtitle, by signing and acknowledging, before an officer competent to take acknowledgments of deeds, two (2) copies of a petition for a certificate of incorporation in the form prescribed by the commissioner, and of the bylaws in a form approved by the commissioner, which shall be filed with the commissioner, accompanied by the incorporation fee.
