281A.270 Adoption of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 383. The Transportation Cabinet may adopt in whole or in part those federally mandated requirements set forth in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 383, notwithstanding the fact that the provisions may conflict with other provisions of this chapter.
