235.100 Procedure for issuing license. After the county clerk has entered the information into the automated vehicle information system as required by KRS 235.090, the Transportation Cabinet shall issue to the applicant a certificate of number stating the number awarded to the motorboat, the name and address of the owner, and any other information prescribed by the department.
