234.171 Advisory board -- Membership -- Functions. The commissioner of housing, buildings and construction may appoint an advisory board composed of persons actively engaged in the liquefied petroleum gas industry in the State of Kentucky. The board shall give the commissioner the benefit of its technical knowledge to aid him or her in supervising and regulating the liquefied petroleum gas industry.
