230.366 Person claiming interest in unclaimed ticket may file claim after payment to racing commission. Any person claiming an interest in any unclaimed pari-mutuel ticket which has been paid or surrendered to the racing commission in accordance with KRS 230.361 to 230.373 may file his claim to it at any time after it was paid to the racing commission.
